We had a lay in this morning which is unusual for us we are normally up and about so we sneaked a cuppa in at our local

This afternoon I went for a walk with my friend and we had our usual cuppa and scone then came back and Rocky went up for his rich tea and I had a bit of Swiss roll


Then I watched mama Mia for the first time

And now I am off in the tub
