Not to be resisted

Mum's birthday today and a visit from the middle sister, brother-in-law and the latest family member, Rosie who is just over a year old. Bailey was beside himself with dog-company and they spent quite a lot of time playing.  He tired out first whilst Rosie worked her way round his discarded toys, picking up a few treats along the way. My shots of her were generally blurred but this was a moment of calm and those eyes are irresistible. There were some attempts to get the dog cousins together for a shot. The outcomes were not quite as bad as the chaos that usually ensues with the seasonal shot with his other dog cousin. It was lovely to see them and the birthday cake went down well.
