The potential buyer instructed their solicitor to instruct ours to advise us that he'd been past the building in the rain and noted water going down the wall. We have replied noting that the stain on the wall was at least there in 2007 (with photos proving this) and that the reason why the building appears to be a particular shape in a photo is because the building is a particular shape.
