Big Mere, Marbury

Not content with boring you with our 9 local meres, this is one from just over the border in Cheshire in the small village of Marbury.

We walked about 6 miles from the canal, past Marbury "big" and "small" meres, to the top of the local hill and then back along the canal again. And it was all very pleasant!
