Arch Brook

I decided to go over to the other side of the river today. As I got over Shaldon bridge the drizzle came in. I should have stayed on the sunny side where I was! I suppose this'll be the forerunner of Storm Francis which will be rolling in tonight.

I got down low to these rocks which seems to be a mini weir. Whether it's natural or put in by someone to make it easier to cross the stream, I don't know, but it provides some foreground interest to the scene.
