Food Glorious Food.

This photo i took yestarday .was Rick Stein restaurant now taken over by Michael Caines.and will be opening shortly.the name Refuge i would imagine derived from the harbour that was originally developed as a harbour of refuge when this part of the Cornish coastline was infamous for wrecks in the days of sail.
