The end of the season draws near and her feathers look a bit ruffled, but her jewel-like beauty still shimmers in the sun.

This day came in hot and VERY humid. We did have a long and heavy rain with some sweeping thunderstorms last evening. Things look refreshed and perkier in the garden.
