Autumn on its way

I love this time of year and all the trees and shrubs that have berries like these.

I did some deadheading this afternoon and I could smell Autumn! Then I stepped backwards thinking I was on level ground...I wasn't...and I fell into a shrub and cut my arm...I look as if I've been self harming!
