‘Nautilus’

I have absolutely no idea what this hulk was doing squeezed in between two permanent moorings on the canal! Goodness only knows where it came from (or where it is going to?)
Slightly fuzzy pic but I was wobbling in a race kayak and my phone was in a waterproof case!
