Emergency Blip today - this is one of the rings that I made awhile ago

Big problem loading intended blip from IPhone - continues to place the picture as shown in the extra any ideas? 

Computer driving me spare - it has now decided to correct the thumbnail - but still will not load as main picture..........  shutting down for the night
