Howth fisherman
A recent pacemaker check showed up an irregularity. The nurse said she'd report it to my cardiologist and he might decide to put me on a beta blocker, and a prescription duly arrived. I began taking the tablets two weeks ago but the side-effects of light-headedness got so bad that I had a chat with my pharmacist who agreed that I should stop taking them until I spoke with my GP or cardiologist. This afternoon I visited my GP and he's reduced the dosage. Hopefully I won't suffer from side-effects again.
After the GP visit I continued out to Howth for a bit of a stroll. I'd parked the car across from a raised area which features three figures carved out of wood. This is one of them.
