two for one

Always good when you get 2 subjects in one pic.
Spent the morning doing housework - that's downstairs well cleaned.
Some gardening in the afternoon and then to the running group this evening. Wore a different pair of shoes and my knee wasn't happy so kept the run short which was okay and I had company as we've someone just restarted after about a year.
It seems fine now so next time I wear different shoes I'll transfer the specialist insoles.
Made a tasy fish curry for tea.
