Tiny Tuesday....Golden Rod

After saying a couple of weeks ago that I hadn't seen the golden rod shrub for years, I have since since several of them.  They make a bright, cheerful sight at this time of the year as we head towards the end of summer...thanks to osuzanna for hosting this month :)
Not much occurring today, practically flew down the road with the strong wind behind me, but at least it is dry and sunny. I have to buy little and often without the freezer, and I am also trying to eat more healthily. I have put on too much weight over the last few months. I have had enough English cooked breakfasts during my holiday to last forever I think!!!
