This guy has clearly decided to buy food and coffee from two different shops.

It might have something to do with the unbelievably long lines outside Bettys coffee shop (see the extra) where people were queueing today, in persistently heavy rain. They would almost certainly be in that queue for over an hour, just to get under the front canopy, never mind into the coffee shop. 

Takeaway makes much better sense.
