Windmill dog

The title refers to the fact that Joe’s tail reminds me of a windmill when it spins round when he is excited about something.
Poor Joe has a cloudy eye now. We thought it might be a cataract but the vet says it’s just part of the ageing process and there’s nothing they can really do for it.
The morning was quite fine, but then it changed when storm Francis hit us.
I wonder why they named it after one of my middle names!!
