It's been a while since I've seen my Little Owl friend, but it was in its usual spot today.

I'd take the day off to help 16yo celebrate his birthday. Apparently sixteen is officially the age when you have to get a camera better than your Dad's.

Once he and 12yo had headed back to their Mum's I headed out into the wind and rain for a walk. This was enough to persuade me that any thoughts I'd had of going and watching football at from under an umbrella  tonight were best not converted into actions.
