I don't know what's wrong with me! For the past two weeks I've been swimming every day, training and feeling great. Today all my energy has left me and I've got a headache and horrible cold!

It's one of those grisly colds that means my nose just doesn't stop running. It feels as if my brain has been liquidised and is slowly drissling out of my nose.

Only had time to run to the beach to take this one shot, I stepped onto the pebbles and saw this shot instantly. I barely stayed for 5min before running home to get some Politics essays finished.
