A treasure trove

Going to the auction isn't really anything like going to the races - but I'm sure it's just as entertaining. Just watching an art 'conesiuer' snap on his plastic gloves and whip out a magnifying glass to inspect treasure is fun to watch!

We bid for 7 things and won 5, not bad at all and pictured is a much coveted tin of stamps - a larger one went for close to £20 but this was a darling £3. They all seem to be Australian and naturally are mostly kangaroos. I love it so much, me and father are going back next time
