New Book!

A surprise package arrived this morning from NZ!
A sweet little rhyming book about the sea lion which temporarily “invaded” the St Clair swimming pool a while back. The accompanying card is a beautiful painting of a southern fur seal.
I can think of a couple of grandchildren who will enjoy reading this.
What a miserable wet soggy day! It has persisted down from the get go and even Chloe has been reluctant to go outside. I also found out that my waterproof trousers really aren’t! Maybe a trip to the outdoor store?
