Rowan Berry Jelly

Just a few of the jars of Rowan berry jelly made this afternoon - they are mixture of sizes but none larger than these. I am pleased with the clear, jewel red colour. The flavour, slightly bitter, is a complement to rich meat and game according to the recipe book, but I like it spread on a bagel with almond butter..
