Downpour!

The morning and early afternoon were predominantly sunny and hot, and we got a good swim in at the Y’s outdoor pool. However, about half way through the afternoon we had quite a downpour, with thunder and lightening. It didn’t last that long, but the rain was torrential while it lasted. I did get a bit of housework done this afternoon, as well as my Duolingo Italian, and now I’m about to settle down to some knitting.
