Thank you for the comments, stars and hearts for yesterday’s triptych. Our winter has been warmer than usual and the fungi continue put in an appearance.

Today we should have been in Alton, Hampshire. Some of my ancestors left from this village in the UK early in the 1800’s for a new life in NZ which had only recently opened new settlements.
