Tortoiseshell Heaven

I took dad visiting today. His best friend died last year but we're still in touch with the rest of the family so we went to see them in Market Drayton this morning. It was the first time he'd been anywhere since the start of lockdown, apart from having his tea at my house one evening.

I did manage a quick outing to Trentham Gardens late afternoon. The gardens were full of Tortoiseshell butterflies.
