Ginnel

Before I moved to north west England I had never heard of an alleyway refered to as a ginnel.

Due to an injury I am not able to do any running at the moment. So I was limited to an exercise session in the garden.

After lunch I headed, on foot, down into the village on an errand. Stopped off in the coffee shop before taking the scenic route along the canal back home.

Even walking my foot was quite painful. Just have to get the balance right between resting it and exercising it.
