Green

Spent another day under the headset being trained. Not stressful at all, since I heard that I can go into the office and use their system.

Had to tackle the courgette mountain, so was pondering what to do with these green babies. Actually they're huge, more like teenage marrows. Spicy, Indian style, methinks. I did look at Claudia Roden's recipes for stuffed courgettes, but when I realised she was stuffing them longitudinally (using an apple corer) I decided that life was too short.
