Kung Hei Fat Choy

Since today is Chinese New Year I decide to embark in a spot of Chinese cooking. Ive done very little Chinese cooking in the past, so this was a first attempt at vegetable dumplings-turned out not too bad I have to say and I definitely think we will be having them again!
