More Than a Lake

Although lacking the evocative names that delighted me in drmackem's recent blip, this map of Lake Padden Park will give you a better idea of the size of this multi-use park.

I took yesterday's Triple LP blip at the lake shore in the northwest corner of this map, not far from the "To Padden Gorge" notation. Today we went to the northeast corner of the park for a walk in an area popular with trail runners, mountain bikers, and dog owners, as dogs can be off leash there.

The low afternoon light wasn't as conducive to photography as I'd hoped, but I did snap a Blipper imitating nature.
