Lots of wind during the night, but it died down and we had a bit of sun during the day.

Today I learned that the original meaning of apocalypse (ἀποκάλυψις, apokálypsis in Greek) was "revelation" and "an unveiling or unfolding of things not previously known and which could not be known apart from the unveiling".
