A Canadian Boy's Dream

Most Canadian boy's have a dream of becoming a hockey player. In Niagara we have a high percentage of boys that make it to the NHL .

There were many groups of hockey players on the frozen water today as well as people participating in ice fishing. I went for a walk just past where everyone was, and i noticed that the ice was not that thick. So i hope these people know what there are doing and being safe.

Well, in my household there was no hockey being played or watched. My Father was a Football Player and when he lived in Germany and played for the German National team under 21. He travelled all over Europe playing Football until he decided to come to Canada in 1959. My father would not let us participate in nothing other than but football( okay well I participated in judo as well, he wanted us girls to know how to handle ourselves in the world. I must say I was pretty good won bronze in the Jr Olympics twice ) So, all three of us play for the German Club for many years.
