Pond

One of our lockdown projects is to reinstate a garden pond - there was a circular rockery with a gravelled bed which we realised was a filled-in pond!

G has carefully removed all the soil & gravel, patched up the concrete base and getting ready for me to paint with pond sealant.

There was so much rain yesterday that it has started to fill up! So initial indications of waterproof-ness are good. Just need a few days of dry weather to finish it ... not likely in the coming week :-(
