Gone home

Finally found the owner at home. Very unpleasant young man who seemed cross I’d given cat shelter and much needed company. Said cats have to live outside and if it gets run over, well it’s just a cat!
I told him to come and fetch it which he did later.

I wonder why he has a cat?
