Tomatoes! Back in the day, I used to bottle 20kgs or more of tomatoes every year but those were the days when I had small children who ate A LOT of pasta. The last few years I haven’t bothered doing things like that but this year is different in all kinds of ways and a well-stocked pantry is comforting.
