After the storm

It was raining this morning as I set off for the LBT class followed by Pilates, so the gym was a good place to be.  We had a different teacher for the Pilates and she worked us very hard.  I will certainly be aching afterwards.  I had planned on going down to the allotment but we had a very heavy storm with thunder lighting and very heavy rain.  I instead spent some time catching up with friends on the phone.  The rain suddenly stopped and the sun came out so I quickly went into town for some brief shopping.  While there I couldn't resist looking at the beach and it was a lovely sight, the air was warm in the sun and everything was glistening.
