Food from frost

It’s still only August but the temperature is definitely dipping. This frost was induced by the freezer but it’s also a timely reminder that winter is on its way! Plenty of rain today as I visited our new charity shop in town. It’s doing very well so far despite the Covid induced restrictions. A busy afternoon of calls before chairing a two hour Trustees meeting on the ubiquitous video thingy this evening!
