Rhea

A great walk today on Mersey Island, along the sea wall. As we headed back this amazing bird surprised us, it was making a strange booming sound as it called to an emu in the next field!
Helen and I went blackberry picking, and gathering the last of the greengages.
Chris made a very tasty bolognese, then Helen made us a wonderful peach melba for dessert!
