I did my usual litter pick, then home to do paperwork. Once finished I got up but my left leg had gone to sleep and so I sprained my ankle. I crawled back to the sofa and lates with it raised for a few hours, so painful. I eventually decided to see if I could walk, not well. Took painkillers and spent the afternoon with leg elevated and tried to read my current book.
