The visit

Today has been a full on work day followed by a mad dash to the hospital.
Made a flavoured coffee to take in for my youngest (in favourite cup) and a journal I found that may help her with some reflection. She is struggling to concentrate on much at the minute and not allowed out on walks or passes so we are trying to fill the days as positively as we can.
Me and 'A' went for walk at 10 this evening was cool but quite enjoyable. No cars or people about apart from the odd dog walker.
