Pork Tenderloin

Spice-rubbed and grilled pork tenderloin, grilled corn on the cob, and biscuits. Wine Rusack Santa Catalina Island Vineyards Pinot Noir 2017.

This was a great dinner all around, and the wine was excellent. Catalina is one of the Channel Islands not far from us off the coast of California. It is a surprising (and expensive) place to have a vineyard, but I approve of the results.
