Sunday Traditions

My daughter was visiting and loves a Sunday roast. I stopped carving to take this picture when I noticed the different colours and the shiny crust. For the record, this piece of beef was smothered in lime pickle and crushed green chillies - really tasty and the caramalised crust explodes in your mouth.
