Plum Jelly.

We have had rather a good Plum harvest this year, so I felt a bit of jam making was in order! I decided that I would do Jam and Jelly this time and I have to say that the jelly was a great success. I will enjoy it with a nice bit of lamb in the winter or with cold meats at Christmas.
