Worsley Woods

A lovely walk this morning - even in some sunshine for a while. 

J had booked a slot at the gym, and so I decided to walk a little faster and further than he is able these days.  So a 3 hour loop from home, down the loopline to Worsley woods, through the woods to the Delph and along the canal towards Monton - before returning back up the loopline in time for lunch.  My phone suggests 19,509 steps - and my legs feel quite tired!
