What shape?

Spotted this lichen (I think) growing on the road ...... I thought this patch was a great shape ...... what can you see?

I liked the varied textures & the fact that it was something different! Hope you like it too :-)

The weather is still cold, grey & wet .... not at all as it should be for August .... we've just put the heating on!

I'm sure there is supposed to be blue above with a big yellow ball up there too ..... but maybe it was all a dream!!
