Presentation Clocks

Had a training day at Sheffield Park station; were had been allocated the Operations Manager's office. On display was this rather nice mantlepiece "Westminster Chimes" clock.

The inscription says:

"Presented to Mrs and Bro C W  Fribbins as a token of esteemed respect  from the members of  the National Union of Railwaymen Littlehampton Dec 19th 1928"


I wonder what Mrs Fribbins thought about it?
