The college students are back

The town is filling up with college students again.  We had forgotten how they increase the traffic and shopping congestion. They all went home in March, so it's been a while.  The town just passed a mandatory mask rule, but even so it's busy. 
The sign says Brigham Young University, Enter to learn, Go forth to serve.
