Lavey-les-Bains

Lavey-les-Bains is a spa and the warm waters that one can bathe in are full of healthy properties for our well-being. There are different spa treatments, massage, multi-jet baths and several swimming pools (with the famous warm waters). here is an attached medical centre where people come for treatments or re-education.
Both Jean and I had several treatments. I love having the salt and oil massage which is a sort of peeling of the whole body. The skin feels like silk afterwards!

The main photo is part of the lovely park and the tip of the hotel. Besides walking a lot, we sometimes read on a bench under the trees which you can just see on the first extra.
