Glad

C left well before I was up so a day on my own. It didn't rain which is just as well as the wipers stopped working finally.

Before I got up I read Fidelma's column in the Herald and I felt so sad at her news. I haven't seen her for almost 10 years, the last time I was in Montgaillard, but I still think of her as a friend and she is brave.

Chores, sewing, shopping which took a while lot longer than I'd planned. Tidying, long chat with E who is self isolating, food, drink, relishing in using my main room. It's really cold so the heating was eventually put on, although strangely my room was warmer than last night.

I may be losing the plot. My microwave steamer has gone. I'm hoping C took it. I went back on the EL site and the information I am sure I read yesterday, the longer list of pools, has disappeared. Did I imagine it?
