La Ceiba Chili Feed

My wife, ever the organizer, was at it again today. Along with one of the condo owners, she helped to organize a chili event. It had started as a chili cook-off, but ended up being a potluck chili feed in our underutilized palapa. There was no official voting for best of five chilis, but from these shots after an hour of eating some favorites are clearly evident, including what I think was the winner of most popular shown larger than the rest. These highly unscientific results are a bit misleading, however, as the pots were certainly not equal in volume at the start (and one of the chefs made two container, of which only one is shown here). Regardless, fun and lots of eating was had by all 40 people who attended the first ever La Ceiba Chili Feed
