feeling massively overwhelmed just now...with stuff sitting in my head that’s coming at me left, right and centre. if it’s not loose-tongued nurses, it’s celebrity deaths and family members recommending inappropriate films to watch. unbelievable. bee was taxiing bob into hospital to see audrey today too...also weighing heavily on us. this year has been relentlessly awful. but we’re all still here so despite no sleep, I gee’d myself up and we went to stonehaven beach and harbour for a walk...a bit of restorative sea air away from all of the above. it was cold but nice and peg enjoyed it too. daisy stayed at home to get on with homework. we went in past forest dairy on the way home for milk and ice cream - no queues this time. home for curry, gardener’s world and kevin bridges to make us laugh...no stupid film chances taken tonight.
