Today I have been mostly baking..

Apple Blondies! I am still working my way through my brother's orchard sack of apples. I gave about 2lbs to a friend, and Mr Limey is pretty much living on apple tarts. Weirdly for an Irish person, I actually don't like apple tart. Not sure why...they've just never done it for me. If it is served up in someone's house, I will eat it, but otherwise I couldn't be faffed. 
My mixture should have gone into a squarer pan than this,to get a better blondie depth but I'll definitely make these again. These were delish!! :)
