Watch the Birdie!

It was lovely to wake up to blue sky and sunshine although the rude awakening by my daughter asking (loudly) how to switch off the noise the alarms were making wasn’t quite so nice. It appears we’d had a power cut and when the power came back on the alarms started beeping!

An afternoon to myself as eldest has been away up north with his mates, daughter volunteers at the RNLI shop on a Sunday and hubby went off in the Nomad.

The buzzards were a little closer to home today and I managed some slightly clearer shots (extra) but haven’t yet nailed the sharpness! My favourite shot of the day was this female chaffinch sitting in the cherry tree on the patio.
